When you create an account or place an order we collect your name, email address, phone number and shipping address. We also collect order details (items, quantities, totals) and basic device/usage data needed to keep the store running (such as IP address and browser type) through security and analytics logging.

We use your information to process and deliver your orders, send you order status updates, provide support, keep your account secure, and meet legal (including tax/GST) obligations. We do not sell your personal data to anyone.

Cash on Delivery requires no card details from you. If online payments are enabled later, they are processed by a PCI-DSS compliant payment provider (e.g. Razorpay); we do not store your card number.

We use minimal cookies and local storage to keep you signed in and to remember your shopping cart. You can clear these through your browser at any time; doing so may sign you out and empty your cart.

We share delivery details with our logistics/courier partners solely to deliver your order, and with service providers (hosting, email, analytics) bound by confidentiality. We may disclose data where required by law.

We retain your order and account information for as long as your account exists and as needed to meet tax and legal record-keeping requirements. You may request deletion of your account data subject to those obligations.

You may update your profile and address book from your account, and you can contact us to access, correct or ask us to delete your personal information.
