1. Overview

This website is operated by Pagori. Throughout the site, “we”, “us” and “our” refer to Pagori. By using this site, you agree to these Terms & Conditions and accept that you are bound by them. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

2. Products & Orders

All products are handmade Rajasthani juttis. Slight variations in colour, embroidery and finish are natural and are not defects. An order is confirmed once you receive an order id and, for Cash on Delivery, once our team verifies the delivery details. We reserve the right to decline or cancel any order due to stock, pricing error, or a delivery address we cannot service.

3. Pricing

Prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and include applicable GST where shown. We may update prices at any time without notice; the price at checkout is the price you pay. Any promotional offers are subject to their own terms.

4. Payment

We currently accept Cash on Delivery (COD). Pay the exact amount to our courier when your order is delivered. Please keep the exact amount ready where possible. Online payment methods may be enabled in the future.

5. Cancellations & Returns

Please refer to our separate Refund & Return Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

6. Use of the Site

You may not use this site in any way that is unlawful, fraudulent, or infringes the rights of others. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials confidential and for all activity under your account.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on this site - images, text, logos, photography and design - is the property of Pagori and may not be reproduced without our written consent.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Pagori is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of this site. Nothing in these Terms removes rights you have under applicable consumer-protection law.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India and the courts of Jodhpur, Rajasthan shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.
