Shipping Policy

We currently deliver across India. If your pincode is outside our courier network we will contact you to arrange an alternative, or cancel the order.

Orders are dispatched within 2-4 working days of confirmation. Each piece is handmade and quality-checked, so a little extra care can occasionally add a day.

Shipping is free on orders above ₹1,500. Below that, a flat shipping fee (currently ₹99) applies. The exact shipping charge for your order is shown at checkout before you place it.

Most orders arrive within 5-10 working days of dispatch. We share tracking details once your order ships so you can follow its progress.

The courier will attempt delivery 2-3 times. For Cash on Delivery, please keep the exact amount ready and be available at the delivery address. Undelivered orders held beyond a reasonable time may be returned to us.

Once an order is shipped we cannot change the delivery address. Please ensure your shipping details are correct at checkout.

Public holidays, weather and courier network conditions can occasionally cause delays. We are not responsible for delays beyond our reasonable control.
